Keyword Research Tools - Discover Recommended Social Networks to Find Massive Profitable Keywords

Hi everyone,

As we know that keyword is one of the most important components in pay per click (ppc) online advertising. With the effective keyword research, you will discover profitable keywords and earn more money. Today, I'm going to share you an interesting article written by Ann Smarty. You will discover and learn how to use social networks to discover super profitable keywords.

Here are the articles showing how to use social networks to find niche profitable keywords:

"Social media networking is a comparatively new phenomenon we haven’t yet learned to treat properly. Most online marketers are simply trying to promote their product there pretending to be their customers’ friends. Others successfully manage their reputation with the help of social media communities.

But what if we could use social media to explore your niche and learn more about your audience? That definitely makes sense: social media network is the community of real people who say what they think right now. Thus social media can help you to conduct up-to-date niche research:

- to learn demographics, interests and tastes of your targeted audience;
- to explore your competitors;
- to conduct the enhanced keyword research.

Recently there appeared several tools that will help with your keyword research by showing you the following:

- how popular your keyword is;
- who discusses your keyword and how (the context it is used in);
- your keyword synonyms and related terms;
- your niche trends and its related words usage. "

1. TweetVolume will show you how much your keyword is discussed and also compare its stats to other neighboring terms.

2. Two other Twitter applications TweetScan and Summize will also show you who is talking about your keyword right now and what they are saying (you can also subscribe to the RSS to daily track your key term).

3. Del.icio.us will show your keyword related terms and most popular bookmarks about it.

4. Recently launched Facebook Lexicon shows what is discussed throughout Facebook discussion walls. It is great for comparing related terms and analyzing new popular trends but it will only show you what is really heavily discussed."

Final thoughts, the more profitable keywords you have, the more money you earn. With the above sites, you are in the great position to find more extra profitable keywords. Also, you will know what exactly people are talking about. I believe that using social networks are more popular to find out what keywords or words people are saying. Remember, what they say is what they search.

PPC Super Rich Millionaires - Discover How to Remove Non-Related Keywords from Your Hugh Keyword List

Hi everyone,

Today, I am going to share you an interesting article written by Chad. He shows how to remove non-related keywords from the hugh keyword list. In the present, it is very easy to generate a huge list of keywords. There are many keyword research tools to help you and generate a big list. However, the most PPC advertisers' concern could be how to remove non-related keywords effectively.

You will discover and learn how to remove those non-relevancy keywords to your online business below:

"With all the keyword tools out there, it’s very easy to generate a huge keyword list in a short amount of time. By the time you grab all the short terms, long tail phrases, an every possible permutation of buy words, geo terms, and mis-spelling errors, your list can be totally unmanageable in size. So the first step I always do when I am building out a new campaign is to scrub down my keyword list.

Scrubbing the list is basically removing any non converting keywords from your list, before inserting them in your campaign. Negative keywords are great, but not having the keywords in your account to being with is even better. What I do is first gather all possible keywords from every source I can find. Keyword Discovery is my first tool of choice, but I also use all the free tools from Google, Yahoo, MSN, and others to make sure I have grabbed every possible word. I place them all into my keyword slicing/dicing program. (Sorry I can’t provide a link, I searched all over for a good one and never found it, so I had a program coded based on what I needed).

Here are some examples of things I scrub out:

1. Dupes. First thing is to remove all duplicates from the master list.
2. 50 characters and longer are deleted. I have never had terms this long convert well enough to keep them in my campaigns, so I axe them at the start.
3. I run a number search, 1-9 on the list. Often these are really bad keywords, like people typing their account numbers or phone numbers into the search field. Odds are they will never be searched on again.
4. Profanity/sexual terms. Most PPC providers will decline these, so best to remove them yourself.
5. Spam terms. I have a whole list of the common spammy terms people append on to common search terms. I don’t want those on my final clean list.
6. GEO terms. If you are running a US based offers, you want to scrub all other country related terms from your list. I remove all terms relating to the non-converting countries, and cities in those countries.

These are just a few examples of things I scrub. The more you can scrub your master keyword list before beginning to build your campaigns, the less work it is for you down the road. Plus your campaign will have an overall better quality score. Remember, we are all working with essentially the same keywords, it’s how you use them, and don’t use them that will make you successful."

Final thoughts, the above steps are very interesting and easy to take into the action. You should keep your eyes on highly targeted keywords. Also, you have to remove all non-related keywords in the list. Those non-related keywords are wasting your time. Your time is money!

PPC Search Engine Marketing Millionaires - What is Keyword Flipping in Google Adwords?

Hi everyone,

For PPC Affiliates who are advertising the affiliate products with PPC search engines particularly in Google Adwords, the post today is very interesting and will help you to increase your CTR dramatically. Today, I am going to share you an interesting article related to "Keyword Flipping" concept. It is all about how to increase your CTR with the highly targeted and converted keywords. From my perspective, it is a great basic tip you have to know and learn. You will discover what the keyword flipping is and how it works in this post.

Here is the article written from Earnersblog.com:

"What is Keyword Flipping?

Keyword Flipping is perfect for Affiliate Marketers & also people running Multiple PPC campaigns at once. It allows you to set up Campaigns quicker, analyse your results quicker then make the necessary optmisation tweaks to increase your CTR once you know what’s already working. This technique saves you time, lots of time.

Overview

As the Affiliate Marketing space becomes more & more saturated it’s important to test as many different offers (with multiple variables) as we can. Naturally it can be a time consuming process setting up very very targeted PPC campaigns without first knowing which keywords are going to perform best for us in the long run. Keyword Flipping basically allows you to test lots of targeted keywords at once then pick the initial performers out & create a more targeted adgroup. Thus further increasing the CTR & reducing the cost we pay per click.

Theory

It’s important to understand the Adwords Bidding Formula to really see why having a higher CTR & keeping things targeted is important:

Ad Score = CTR x Max Bid

Therefore if my overall CTR is 10% & I’m bidding 1 Dollar then my Ad Score is 10. However, if someone else has a CTR of 20% & they’re bidding $0.75 then their Ad Score is 15 therefore outranking my ad (even though they’re bidding less).

This is why people generally bid higher to start, get a decent CTR & tweak adcopy then reduce the bid whilst monitoring position & CTR to get more value per click.

Our aim is to get the highest possible CTR on the ads that are working for us. This allows us to attain this best possible return on our advertising spend. We could make very targeted adgroups & ads for each individual keyword but this takes up time & less time means we can test less offers.

How it Works

When you're setting up a brand new campaign for a specific offer try to theme your keywords & put them in groups. Let say for example that we're talking about Web Hosting. You might choose the following keywords:

- Cheap Web Hosting

- Affordable Web Hosting

- Discount Web Hosting

- Low Cost Web Hosting

- Web Hosting Coupons

- Cheapest Web Hosting

- Lowest Priced Web Hosting

- Cheap Web Hosts

In this group these keywords are themed by price. They all relate to one another fairly well so I can get away with either using Google's Dynamic Keyword Insertion or Just creating some generic Low Cost Adcopy for them, then I'll bid to position 4 or Above.

keyword flipping to beat google adwords - keyword research technique - keyword optimization tip

I'll normally let the ads then run for around 24-48 hours. Once that period has elapsed I'll go back to the group & check the stats. You will soon be able to see which ads are getting a good number of impressions & clicks. It's also important to track the conversions on a keyword level, otherwise you won’t know which keywords are converting.

Flipping the keyword now involves grabbing the best performers & creating their own highly targeted adgroup (those that are converting & getting a decent amount of impressions). Say for example that Cheap Web Hosting had the highest CTR of about 8% & converted at 4%. We can then create a new adgroup called "Cheap Web Hosting" that contains that keyword only. We now create a much more targeted ad, such as:

keyword flipping to beat google adwords - keyword research technique - keyword optimization tip

You can see how we use the keyword in the Adcopy 3 times now. As people search for the keyword it highlights the text, thus highlighting their attention to the ad:

keyword flipping to beat google adwords - keyword research technique - keyword optimization tip

Doing this can sometimes double or triple your CTR which means you can hold a much higher position at a fraction of the price. This means that if we still convert at 4% on the keyword we can pull in the same amount of traffic at half the price thus doubling our ROI.

Conclusion

Keyword Flipping is a quick & easy way to find out & isolate your highest performing & highest traffic keywords then refine them further without wasting time optimising keywords that won't perform."

Final thoughts, I strongly believe that keyword flipping technique will definitely help you to increase your CTR dramatically. However, I would also recommend you to focus on your return on investment (ROI) and conversion rate by optimizing your landing page for highly targeted and converted keywords. You should create very specific landing pages for those highly targeted and converted keywords for maximizing your profits online. With the keyword flipping and proper landing page optimization, you are in the great position to beat google adwords and maximize your adwords profits.

Keyword Research in PPC Campaign - Discover How to Research Your Keywords in the Smart Way!

Today, I am going to share you a great article about the keyword research in PPC campaign. The article is written by Amit Mehta. He gives a great point of how to research keywords and generate a profitable list of keywords in the smart way. You will discover and learn how to research effectively keywords for your PPC campaigns.

Here is his article:

"You know, a lot of you out there think if you have good keyword list then it's just a matter of:

1. Setting up tightly targeted adgroups
2. Having effective Google ads that have the keyword in the headline, benefit in the description, & a strong call to action
3. A landing page that converts then you're set, and ready to make windfall profits in your niche.

Right?

Wrong!

There's one very common mistake that stops a lot of affiliates dead in their tracks.

I've helped and coached a lot of affiliates and I've seen this mistake come up again and again, and chances are you're probably doing it too. I know I made this very mistake all the time when I got started.

Before I explain exactly what this often fatal mistake is that so many newbie ppc affiliates make, let me lay the ground work…

I want you to think hard about this statement:

When you first launch your campaign, the breadth of your keyword list is MUCH more important than the depth.

What in the world do I mean by that?

A broad keyword list is one that has lots of related and lateral keywords, and not just variations of one root keyword.

Here's a simple example of a list of keywords that has breadth:

delete adware
delete backdoor
delete browser hijacker
delete cookie
delete Dialer
delete keylogger
delete malware
delete spyware
delete toolbar
delete trojan
delete w32
delete worm
destroy adware
destroy backdoor
destroy browser hijacker
destroy cookie
destroy Dialer
destroy keylogger
destroy malware
destroy spyware
destroy toolbar
destroy trojan
destroy w32
destroy worm
find adware
find backdoor
find browser hijacker
find cookie
find Dialer
find keylogger
find malware
find spyware
find toolbar
find trojan
find w32
find worm
remove adware
remove backdoor
remove browser hijacker
remove cookie
remove Dialer
remove keylogger
remove malware
remove spyware
remove toolbar
remove trojan
remove w32
remove worm
Now you can see these (trojan, worm, w32, etc) are all different types of spyware.

Now here's an example of another keyword list that has depth:

anti spyware
anti spyware free
anti spyware software
antivirus spyware
best free spyware remover
best spyware
download free spyware
download spyware blaster
free anti spyware
free kazaa spyware remover
free removal of spyware
free spyware download
free spyware downloads
free spyware protection
free spyware removal
free spyware removal programs
free spyware removal software
free spyware remover
free spyware scan
mcafee anti spyware
microsoft anti spyware
remove spyware
spyware blaster
spyware blocker
spyware cleaner
spyware detector
spyware doctor
spyware download
spyware programs
spyware protection
spyware removal
spyware remover
spyware scan
spyware software
spyware terminator
spyware virus protection
totally free spyware removal

You can see that the above terms are related to removing or detecting spyware. And all the above keywords have the root word 'spyware' in them. This is a keyword list with depth.

So what's the fatal error that a lot of ppc affiliates are making, even if they have a excellent keyword list, that is one with both breadth and depth??

Most affiliate focus on going deep (deep means : launching one root keyword with lots of variations, such as the second spyware list) FIRST, before going wide ( wide means: launching broad keywords, ie the first keyword list).

Here's problem with going deep first:

TOO NARROW A FOCUS ON THE MOST COMPETITIVE KEYWORDS

Most affiliates find every freaking variation and combination with spyware (or whatever the main keyword for that market is) in it until their blue in the face, setup their Google campaign, and launch.

Then they're surprised when they hardly get any traffic bidding 0.20 (spyware is a high cost per click keyword), and their conversions suck since every affiliate is also bidding on spyware.

Frustrated they pause their campaign after a few weeks and move onto something else, without even attempting to try a bidding on : trojan, w32, etc, etc, or any of the other broader keywords.

They figure if spyware keywords don't convert for them, it's hopeless! Besides they lost $500 on the campaign, and don't want to mess with it anymore.

Sound Familiar?

MISSING OUT ON THE MOST THE TRAFFIC & PROFITABLE NICHES

Even if you managed to get the spyware keywords to convert, with a sharp professional looking review site that compares every possible benefit and feature of 3 different spyware removers, you’re still may be missing out on the most profitable niches in the market.

What's worse, in many markets a broad keyword list will deliver WAY more traffic than a deep one that focus on the main most competitive keyword.

This is why it's so important to go wide FIRST before you go deep, it will assure that you get the maximum amount of traffic and allow you to identify the most profitable sub niches in the market you're in.

Once you go wide and see which sub niche of keywords (malware, keylogger, worm ,etc) are producing the most traffic and conversions then focus in on those keywords and start going deep.

So if you find (just an example), that trojan keywords are getting a lot of traffic at a bid price where your Cost/Conv is low, then focus in and start going deep. That is, start finding as many variations and combinations of trojan keywords that you can find.

By doing this you're now employing the 20/80 principle and focusing your energy where you're getting the highest return.

So here's EXACTLY what you need to do when launching your affiliate offer:

Go wide, as wide as you can to, spend some time identify every related and lateral keyword in your market.

Once you launch this broad set of keywords, your campaign will be getting traffic from all the major sub niches in your market. Tip: To get a good Google QS (Quality score) you may want to setup a separate page for each sub niche (ie a page for trojan, a page for w32, a page for browser hijacker etc)
Let your campaign run and identify the sub niches where you're getting the majority of traffic and sales. Focus in on those top sub niches and go deep.

This is how you build a ppc affiliate campaign with a solid foundation that will bring in profits for months, even years to come!"

Final thought, you have learnt how to research your keywords effectively through going in breath and depth for your PPC campaigns. I recommended you to follow his technique for your own keyword research. It is easier for affiliates to generate a massive list of keywords by going breath before going depth. :)
